What is Sundubu?
A Healthy Korean Comfort Food
Sundubu (순두부) is soft, freshly made Korean tofu known for its delicate texture, mild flavor, and wholesome nutrition. Made primarily from soybeans, sundubu is naturally rich in plant-based protein and contains essential nutrients such as calcium, iron, and minerals.
Unlike firm tofu, sundubu has a silky, tender texture that absorbs the rich flavors of Korean soups and stews beautifully.
